CanToken's Offerings - Coming Soon

This page will host information about private placements that have been structured and tokenized using CanToken’s infrastructure. Each offering will include a high‑level summary and links to official documents provided by the issuer and their exempt market dealer or registered dealer, where applicable.

CanToken itself does not create, sell, or promote securities. We provide the technology rails and workflows that issuers and their registered intermediaries use to represent ownership interests in digital token form, maintain records, and manage compliant transfers over time.

 For each offering listed here:

• The issuer and their legal/registrant team structure the deal under existing securities laws and exemptions.
• The economic and legal terms are encoded into tokens and associated on‑chain rules (e.g., eligibility, holding periods, transfer restrictions) using CanToken’s infrastructure.
• A registered dealer / EMD (where involved) handles investor onboarding, suitability, and subscription processing.
• A transfer agent and/or registrar maintains the official register, which is synchronized with the tokenized representation.

The goal is to preserve the same rights, restrictions, and protections as a traditional private placement—while improving how they are recorded, monitored, and administered over the life of the investment.
